First time in New victory building got there before appointment waited a while before being checked in,so I went to the advisors and was asked to wait in car that someone would be with me but what both appointment waited a while before being checked in,so I went to the advisors and was asked to wait in car that someone would be with me but what bothered me was that a customer that came in after me was checked in before me. So for me customer service started wrong. More
