I had a scheduled oil change, they got me in and out in 30 mins. The gentleman who check me in was very polite and explain everything they were going to do. First time in New victory building got there before appointment waited a while before being checked in,so I went to the advisors and was asked to wait in car that someone would be with me but what both appointment waited a while before being checked in,so I went to the advisors and was asked to wait in car that someone would be with me but what bothered me was that a customer that came in after me was checked in before me. Need to train repair techs to read maintenance docs properly so they wont charge you for an oil change when it’s technically covered bu maintenance docs.
