In my last visit the service was not as thorough as in the past. It took longer than promised. And once I finally hit my car after waiting, they had to take it back to finish the job. I went in for an oil change and waiting a complete 15 mins before someone came out to my vehicle. When I walked in to find out if someone was coming out, I was told rudely to just wait at my vehicle. The only saving grace of this visit was the very kind tech who handled me and the quick turnaround- but honestly, it seemed like a confusing mess behind the scenes between the techs and managers…. I would definitely not return unless I had a coupon of discount. More
