Fernando was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, glad I got the opportunity to work with him. Other than that I’m not super happy about the fact that the car has a small bulge on the whole process, glad I got the opportunity to work with him. Other than that I’m not super happy about the fact that the car has a small bulge on the front tire causing a split, and a rip on the sidewall on one of the rear tires. Not to mention the cracked up driver side headlight that fills up with condensation. Perhaps these were not part of the 180+ point pre sale inspection? Unsurprisingly these issues weren’t mentioned to me and even more unsurprisingly they are not covered under the included warranty. The issue with the bulging tire was especially concerning as that could’ve resulted in quite the disaster on the interstate. Not sure how something like that was missed during the inspection. As far as the headlight, the issue was not apparent at the time of sale as the drive was during the day, and the cracks are difficult to see with the light off. Will be quite an expensive replacement nonetheless. At any rate I do really like the car, but stuff like this is pretty unacceptable. It’d be a different story if I was made aware of these things at the time of sale, I’d have been willing to work out a deal, or even have it serviced at Victory before driving away. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much that I can at this point, besides eat the cost of repairs for things that should’ve been in working condition. If there’s anything that can be done to remedy these issues, I would love to speak with someone about it. Overall you guys had a friendly staff and pretty cool setup with where you were located, but the problems I’m experiencing are a little disappointing to say the least. More
