Unfortunitely I had a bad experience my last service. They broke a part of my car that only they deal with because my car still in warranty and they made me pay for it and I had to wait two days for the They broke a part of my car that only they deal with because my car still in warranty and they made me pay for it and I had to wait two days for the part I lost two and a half day of work because of it. This dealership service department keeps getting worse and worse. So I pull my car into the waiting lane with !NO CARS! in front of me! I wait 20 minutes until I decided to get out of my car and ask someo and worse. So I pull my car into the waiting lane with !NO CARS! in front of me! I wait 20 minutes until I decided to get out of my car and ask someone if can get my car serviced. You would think it's a very busy afternoon! Well it wasn't! there was 5 service advisors doing nothing. There were multiple service bays open with 6 technicians around 1 vehicle laughing and cracking jokes! I'm very disappointed in Midtown Toyota! It's a xxxx shame they just relocated to a new dealership but have horrible customer service now. More
