I am very happy with this dealership. Jennifer Raft made this purchase very simple. I am from Toledo and saw this car online. After 3 weeks of looking in a 150 mile radius at other vehicles we came back t this purchase very simple. I am from Toledo and saw this car online. After 3 weeks of looking in a 150 mile radius at other vehicles we came back to the one we purchaced. Jennifer responded to my emails and and negotiated a price I was very happy with. I had problems with other dealerships in there customer service but not here. Jennifer Raft made my wife feel so special in getting this car (including putting a red bow on the hood) that it did indeed make this a special Christmas. We had a fantastic experience at Victory Toyota. We traveled from Cincinnati, OH to purchase a RAV4 we saw online. The web listing did not have pictures yet, but we called and spoke to Jason Cowan who traveled from Cincinnati, OH to purchase a RAV4 we saw online. We would not have made the trip if Jason had not gone above and beyond in keeping us informed of whether the car was still on the lot the days leading to our visit. He even called from home the evening before our visit. Once there, everyone was super friendly and Jason had warmed up the car for our test drive. He answered all our questions and adequately showed us all the car's features. We were worried about traveling so far to buy a used car, but Jason and the rest of the staff made it well worth our visit. We love our RAV4 and would highly recommend Victory Toyota of Canton. More

Lindsey thoroughly detailed all of the financing options and we made sure we reached a package that fit my needs and budget. I love my new car! The only complaint is that they needed proof of income and utility bills, but forgot to mention that until after the purchase. It wasn't a big deal, but I felt rushed to get it to them because they likely forgot to request it beforehand. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I have no major complaints. More
