We went to the dealer because we received a letter from them about a trade in offer, but after we got there, we have to waited for a very long time, and the the salesperson disappeared after 5 minutes, aft them about a trade in offer, but after we got there, we have to waited for a very long time, and the the salesperson disappeared after 5 minutes, after long waiting, we got another person, that was really an unpleasant experience. In their letter,they offered a cash for gas for coming by, but then they refused to give the cash. I do not think I am going to buy cars from them anymore. After they heard about the complains, they tried to fix the problem, which is good, so I think their Customer Service is good, at least they cares about the feedback. More
The sales guy need more authority from their manager. It took too much time to involve the manager for decision. I don't like shopping for new cars, I don't like salesmen and I've never met a car salesman I've liked...until I met Jason. I went to Victory Toyota looking for a comfortable car with great gas mileage. I and I've never met a car salesman I've liked...until I met Jason. I went to Victory Toyota looking for a comfortable car with great gas mileage. I drove the Prius and really liked it, then I drove the Camry and fell in love. I wanted the Prius hybrid technology but the comfort of that Camry was undeniable. I left torn between two cars. Jason called me a day or two later and told me that they just got a 2012 Camry hybrid in if I was interested. I was sold before I even made it back to the dealership! After I purchased the car I had a navigator problem, I called Jason, he didn't know of existing problems with the navigator and told me to bring the car in anytime. Later, that evening, Jason called me. He said he had more time to talk to me about the problem I was having and asked me to explain in detail. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the navigator, I had to either pull over to use it or use the voice activation. Sorry Jason, you did explain that on our test drive and again demonstrated how it worked on my new car when I came to pick it up...I forgot. Anyway, the point is he went out of his way to call me, spent alot of time on the phone with me and saved me a trip back to the dealership over the holiday. He really does care. This is the happiest I've ever been. I love my car!!!!! Thank you Jason!!! More

I would recommend this dealership to others because of the warm friendly welcome that I received upon entering the office. I was even thinking of not getting a vehicle @ all; knowing that I needed some transportation to get from here to there. Mr. Jamar Daniels is a nice gentleman and tried his very best to do whatever within his powers to help me. I felt like he had some empathy for me and understood what I was feeling and going through without elaborating too much. Mr. Daniel Perez was very helpful and understanding and I appreciate them both for all that they have done to make this transition as easy as possible for me. I want to say thanks to each of you and Ms. Lyndsay Hopper because I know for a fact that you all are very professional, helpful, understanding, kind, gentle even in a Business of selling vehicles and dealing with all kinds of people from different walks of life. Paul Adam is not your ordinary salesman; he seems genuine when he is telling you about your purchase. He has great follow up; he answered all of my questions which made my car purchase seamless. I came in today to get the oil changed in my 2008 Prius and I had a wonderful experience. Anne was very helpful and went through a detailed sheet afterwards about the current state of my car. The service was also very fairly priced - I was quoted for $35 when I first came in, and they charged me $31 since it didn't take as long as they thought it would. The staff at Victory Toyota were very friendly and honest! I recommend anyone in the area (especially if you are from Ann Arbor), make the trip to Victory Toyota - it was well worth my time and money. More

I thought the price of my Camry was reasonable. Since my old Camry was totaled in an accident, I was very glad to be able to drive my new beautiful red Camry home the same day I went to the dealer. I took my old 2000 Camry to Victory Toyota for service, so I am very familiar with their good record. More
