My wife has a Kia and we often compare service, you far out and away beat them. And the name of the game is clear communication, level set expectations and trust. Brought my RAV4 in a couple years back for a brake fluid flush. When my wife brought it home I assumed all was well. While doing a brake job a few months later I noticed the fluid was still dark and the bra flush. When my wife brought it home I assumed all was well. While doing a brake job a few months later I noticed the fluid was still dark and the brakes felt spongy. I took the vehicle to another dealership and all is well now. I can only assume they never did the actual job and charged me for it. I would avoid this service department. More
