2017 Avalon bought new from Metro. Not my first car from them but definitely my last. Hood & trunk have rust spots. “Special Pearl White” paint had recall mine didn’t qualify. Toyota’s cost is probably les them but definitely my last. Hood & trunk have rust spots. “Special Pearl White” paint had recall mine didn’t qualify. The service is fantastic, issues are taken care of with integrity and warranties have been upheld so far! Owning this Toyota has been stress free and I've actually only had to pay for maintenance during my 5 years of ownership! It is such a relief to have such good service and a dependable car (that is now officially paid in full!). I didn't have to worry about large extra expenses while I was paying this car off! It has been so dependable I don't anticipate major expenses for years down the road either! More

This was my first free oil change included in the purchase of my Rav4 in April/2020. I left so confused; I was told a car wash was included...after an hour, an associate came and told me my car was purchase of my Rav4 in April/2020. I left so confused; I was told a car wash was included...after an hour, an associate came and told me my car was ready. As I was in a hurry to keep a scheduled appointment, I took his word that everything was "done" and didn't realize until I got home later that day that the "service card" was still in my vehicle, the car had definitely NOT been washed...and the paperwork said "no oil change performed". It is entirely possible that my car was simply moved to the "finished" spot and perhaps nothing else was done to it either; after all....how could I possibly know? No one was at all rude...but I'm just saying....it was pretty confusing and as it is a 25 minute drive one way....I wasn't anxious to drive all the way back and get an explanation. More
