Personnel were professional, friendly, and knew their job. The time for service performed is what was expected. This is a good dealership if you’re okay with Toyota. We’ve loved our Prius, but we may not deal with Toyota anymore since they support insurrectionist politicians and don’t see anything wrong with that. I had questions about my service requests, left a message (VOICEMAIL) on the managers phone - NOT the service manager - the GENERAL manager and NEVER received a return phone call.
