Nobody informed me that my car was ready to be picked up. I called many times between 1:40 and 2pm find out if it was done. I had to talk to someone in the the sales department to check me out and get my key I called many times between 1:40 and 2pm find out if it was done. I also asked for a test to be done to see why my car has starting issues even though I have a new battery. I was told the test cost around $70 but it was never done. More

My experience with this dealer going bad day by day every time when they complete the service and then after reaching home i always have surprises like they either broke something in my car or didn’t fix so time when they complete the service and then after reaching home i always have surprises like they either broke something in my car or didn’t fix so in short for 1 service i have to visit multiple tomes to fox my car How come a dealer like this can provide this type of customer service and same issue with a customer every times. Sometime I feel like they are doing this with me knowingly otherwise this can’t happen every time Today is my fourth service and i saw that my left side of the car box broken and then I check utube video and fix by myself. How come rhe service is so poor and their is no improvement No one care. Since last two years I keep going to this dealer in a hope that someday i will get good service but I am sorry to say that i failed and no improment and only frustration when you reach home More
