My first experience was not great. After several oil changes and tire rotations I bought into the advise of your technician and purchased $100 lug nuts. Immediately I realized I’d been robbed. To add, since then my front end pulsates when I stop. I brought this to the attention of Maggie who condescendingly implied I must be imagining the performance of my car. I asked Maggie to have the technician check my brakes and test drive my car. Metro Toyota assured me nothing was wrong with the lug nuts or the brakes. One day later, my car pulsates more than ever. Metro, did work on my truck. Charged double the price of any other Toyota dealer. Then go meet with service manager. Wasted a hour & half of my time. Never will Toyota work on any of my trucks.
