I took my 2021 Toyota Highlander with problems in the front end. Clearly not the best Toyota dealer around. They couldn’t diagnose what it was. I then took my car to Westside Toyota in North olmsted they front end. Clearly not the best Toyota dealer around. They couldn’t diagnose what it was. I then took my car to Westside Toyota in North olmsted they quickly diagnosed that the strut lost the fluid put me in a courtesy car. Metro Toyota told us to drive the car until the problem got worse. They couldn’t diagnose something simple. I’m not taking any of my cars to Metro Toyota again although that I would have to drive a little further for your dealer service. More

I previously avoided going to the dealership for routine maintenance because of prior experiences with other dealerships. Toyota Metro is so wonderfully different! I was highly disappointed with the service regarding getting a replacement key and fob for one we lost. I was never given a clear answer by a manager as to why they said we brought in a gray valet key w getting a replacement key and fob for one we lost. I was never given a clear answer by a manager as to why they said we brought in a gray valet key when we brought in a black key, which caused some kind of extra issue supposedly. And I’ll never understand $300 in “labor” and two hours for coding keys. We won’t be back. More

In this day and age, it is hard to find reputable service departments. I have been dealing with Metro for about seven years now starting when my old Tacoma was ten years old. Joe Rogers and the rest of the service writers have always dealt nothing but integrity in their dealings with me, even when it was time to let go of my 17 year old Tacoma due to rust through in the frame last year in July 2022. Sam Ibrahim is the best! He helped me find my new Tacoma in Army Green with the features and add-ons that I wanted, including a lift kit that sets it apart from the rest of the trucks out there! More
