The sales experience was excellent and I couldn’t be happier with that service. I was very surprised to be dismissed when I brought in my brand new 2021 Highlander due to an abnormal whistling noise co happier with that service. I was very surprised to be dismissed when I brought in my brand new 2021 Highlander due to an abnormal whistling noise coming from the driver side exterior when speed exceeds 35 miles per hour. I was told several people drove the vehicle and did not hear the noise. I picked the car up and heard the noise again immediately and every time I drive the car thereafter. It’s very frustrating to purchase a new Toyota vehicle with such a great reputation and have to be aggravated every time I drive it and be led to believe it does not exist. Research online indicates this is a known issue with the 2021 Highlander which only adds to my frustration. More

I had a brake line leak. They told me the dashboard light was due to low air in my tires. I was initially pleased, because I was not charged. Got in my car afterwards to a dirty floor, seat, and a rank smell. My seat and mirror were moved too. I don’t love that.
