Extra charge-headlamp not working I went in to have the low beam drivers side headlamp replaced. At checkout, I saw that I was also charged for the drivers side marker bulb, even thou I went in to have the low beam drivers side headlamp replaced. At checkout, I saw that I was also charged for the drivers side marker bulb, even though it was working at the time. When I went to my car, I turned on the front lights to check before leaving the premises. I found that the drivers side marker bulb was not even working. I had to go to the desk, tell them the problem, then wait for them to correct the mistake. The appointment ended up taking almost an hour, and, had I not checked the lights, I would have gotten home with a bulb that was not even working. More

Service manager is refusing to look into a rattle without charging $100 an hour because it isn't under warranty. Rattle has been there since shortly after I got the truck. Price of it I had my wifes car done and I had a coupon off the site that was 49.95 off the oil change but still was charged 55 dollars plus 10 to put a fog light I had my wifes car done and I had a coupon off the site that was 49.95 off the oil change but still was charged 55 dollars plus 10 to put a fog light in. I was thinking maybe I read the coupon wrong but it shouldbe been 49.95 off total either way I probably wont do the next oil change here when i can get it all done for 35 at marathon. More
