Good customer service Came in for a simple tire rotation and it was discovered that my brakes were in the caution area and would need to be replaced soon,. Maggie gave us an estimate for both front and rear brakes, after our shock of how expensive the service would be, we had no choice but to replace them. Maggie was able to assist us with a coupon and a small rebate. She was friendly, competent and knowledgeable we enjoyed working with her. We purchased our Highlander from Metro Toyota and continue to have our vehicle serviced there. We even got a ride home in your shuttle instead of getting a rental, cannot remember the gentlemen’s name but a shout out to him. More
