Effective but expensive. Misdiagnosed tire condition. Oil change and tire rotation very costly compared to Firestone and Conrads. Misdiagnosed tire condition (sidewalls no longer good). Returned to Con Oil change and tire rotation very costly compared to Firestone and Conrads. Misdiagnosed tire condition (sidewalls no longer good). Returned to Conrads who removed screw in tire and patched tire with assurance it is safe to drive on. No charge service from Conrads here. Bought tires there in 2016. More

Good service I always have great service and appointments are on time. One thing that upset me this time, I was told wipers were checked and good. I leave for a trip the next day and on the way back it starts to rain, I turn on wipers and the one on passenger side is torn. I don't think anyone looked at wipers and just checked the box. I will buy a new one myself and replace it. More

Emergency call I spoke with Scott in the service department and he was extremely accommodating.
