no one listened to our description of problem Either someone didn't tell him what our problem was but it costs me over $100 for no results. We would reset a fuse, it would work and then not work. He reset some pins and thought he fixed it.....he just did what we did but it cost me money for nothing More

Recent service review I bought my firstHighlander from Metro Toyota and second from Brunswick Automart. I have had them for a total of 16 years (10 with first one and 6 wit I bought my firstHighlander from Metro Toyota and second from Brunswick Automart. I have had them for a total of 16 years (10 with first one and 6 with current one). Have used Metro’s service with them since then. Their service department has gone down in the past few years. So I will not be returning to them after the current service done as I feel they didn't fix the original problem the first time (charging $70). Then the second time after my husband doing research and told them what the problem was spent 8 hours trying to figure it out and finally fixing it with a charge of $796+. After talking with them they “knocked off” $100 which in essence is only $30 since we already paid $70 for the first supposed fix! Even the corporate office was of no help! I’ve always loved my Highlanders and if I ever get another one I definitely will not be using Metro Toyota for my service and for that matter not as long as I have this Highlander.. More
