Great place but wonder if it’s starting to decline. Love going here but feel like the service is starting to decline. I was told to be there @ 5:45 and got there @ 5:00pm. At 6:20 they we’re closing the Love going here but feel like the service is starting to decline. I was told to be there @ 5:45 and got there @ 5:00pm. At 6:20 they we’re closing the place and I was sitting in the dark with no clue if my car was done. My rep saw I was there but didn’t say anything to me or call my phone. I was appreciate that a nice cashier was able to assist me but I was totally flabbergasted. My partner has an awful experience with them too after I referred him there and after this, I’m not sure I will go back. More

Very efficient Took out Highlander in to have the entertainment/navigation system checked because it kept freezing.up and rebooting. Service was covered through the Took out Highlander in to have the entertainment/navigation system checked because it kept freezing.up and rebooting. Service was covered through the extended warranty we had purchased. Service tech installed a software updated. Process took about 30 minutes. More

Every time that I had to bring the miniv I have owned my Sienna for a little over a year; I have had all of the service work done at this dealership. Fixed it right the first time. They will repair it right the first time. But it would be nice to have a repair recommendation without having to pay for it.
