Technical issues Issues with the CarPlay not playing my audio books. Although the tech updated the software, the issues still exist. Also the options do not function Issues with the CarPlay not playing my audio books. Although the tech updated the software, the issues still exist. Also the options do not function at the same time, if the map is on, the audio and messages do not work. Nothing works simultaneously. This all began right after my car was serviced although I don’t know how one thing has to do with the other. More

Excellent Service - Fair Price I called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, battery check, and wiper replacement and was scheduled immediately. Upon arrival, everyone was extr I called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, battery check, and wiper replacement and was scheduled immediately. Upon arrival, everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. I enjoyed reading in the customer lounge and before I knew it my car was ready to go. The staff showed me charts of exactly the wear and tear on different parts of my car. They didn't coerce me into replacing anything that wasn't in need. Instead, they recommended that some things be replaced in the near future. Everything was very professional, efficient, and cheaper than going to a similar competitor. I highly recommend visiting Metro Toyota for your service needs! More

Radio issue with 2019 Highlander Although it took several tries...through no fault of the service department...my radio issue remedied with the installation of a new amplifier. As if fixed. Got a loaner while they repaired my vehicle. Great job. More

$400 to just diagnose? I was extremely disappointed to learn that it would have cost me just about $400 to diagnose the problem with my car when the check engine light came I was extremely disappointed to learn that it would have cost me just about $400 to diagnose the problem with my car when the check engine light came on. After the initial $200 (which included a rental car) with no solution, I decided to take the car somewhere else where they fixed the problem without the charge for a diagnosis. More

They misdiagnosed my issue Took vehicle in for vibration when applying throttle. They told me it was my Driveshaft assembly. They charged me $1,175.00 to replace. I got the car Took vehicle in for vibration when applying throttle. They told me it was my Driveshaft assembly. They charged me $1,175.00 to replace. I got the car back and the issue was not fixed at all. Took it back in and was told what is causing the vibration is the transmission torgue converter , and quess what? It's covered by Toyota extended warranty. I have requested a refund for the misdiagnosis only to be blown off by the service manager who promised to get back to me. More
