Always efficient and worth the extra effort to get there. The service reminders are appreciated and helpful to keep our Camry running well. We live cross town from Metro and although there is a Toyota dealers The service reminders are appreciated and helpful to keep our Camry running well. We live cross town from Metro and although there is a Toyota dealership 5 minutes from our home, the 25 minute trip to Metro is worth it to me. Friendly staff, always explain what's going to happen and a thorough explanation of the results of the service. Completely satisfied with my experiences there. More

Longer wait times Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Normally it takes 40-50 minutes. It took two hours for the service.
