kept me waiting i went in for an oil change and some recall work. the service person wrote down my cell phone number and said would call when the work was done. i s i went in for an oil change and some recall work. the service person wrote down my cell phone number and said would call when the work was done. i sat in the waiting room 4 hours and couldn't take it any more and went back to check on my car. my service person was not there. no one was there except for one person. i asked if my car was finished and he looked up my paperwork and said my car was ready. later i learned that the service tech phoned my wife's phone instead of mine to say the car was ready. i estimate that i sat around an extra two hours because this idiot called the wrong phone number. this is the last time i go to metro toyota for anything. Terrible service For the first time in ten years I was so disappointed with the treatment of my car that I take excellent care of. The first thing was my key which wa For the first time in ten years I was so disappointed with the treatment of my car that I take excellent care of. The first thing was my key which was not in the ignition but thrown on the dashboard of my car which had oil on it and when they threw it on my dashboard it had oil on my dashboard, then I had noticed that oil was smeared on the gear shift, door handle, door panel and a big hand print was right on my hood where they slammed it shut. I have never got my car back so dirty the whole ten years I have been coming there. Also the sticker that they put on the windshield for the next oil change was rolled up and thrown in my console. What a shame that they didn't give a crap about my car and treated it that way. No pride in there work, they dirty my car and treated it with no respect. Now I wonder if the oil was changed in the first place but with oil all over the interior I think it might have been, or they just might of topped it off. What a disgrace, I wanted to turn around when I left and showed them my car and how they treated it but I knew nothing would be done about it. No one cared enough to worry about the treatment of my car in the first place. What a shame Toyota allowed this to happen. More
