My last visit was for a Toyota recall. I was told it would take about an hour and it did. For Covid-19 precautions, chairs were spaced far apart and everyone wore masks, which made me feel safe. Took car in for routine tire rotation and brake inspection. Upon returning home with car I noticed the passenger tires were not rotated. I know this from a scrape on rim and slight tire slice...tir inspection. Upon returning home with car I noticed the passenger tires were not rotated. I know this from a scrape on rim and slight tire slice...tire still in pre service location. Who knows about driver side. Also, tire inflations were now all over the place, 30-35 lbs. Car now missing a valve cap and 2 were loose and likely would have vibrated off in the coming weeks. No response from dealer after my initial complaint almost a week ago. They’ve lost my trust and patronage. More

Whenever I go to Metro Toyota, I am always pleased with the service. I have not met one person who works for Metro who did not have concern for the the customer as their number one priority. When you add the service. I have not met one person who works for Metro who did not have concern for the the customer as their number one priority. When you add that to great service they give to your car, you have a winning combination. I also am pleased with their prices for the cars they sell and the cost they charge for maintenance. I am 73 years old and Metro Toyota is by far the best dealership I have ever been associated with. More
