Since the sell of Metro to Victory the customer service is not like it use to be. Not sure if I would sent my friends here. I have the tire protection plan and called to get an earlier appointment and th is not like it use to be. Not sure if I would sent my friends here. She told me that I had an appointment scheduled and held the phone and did not offer an earlier time for service. I was use to the great service of Metro getting me in ASAP for repairs and not wanting me to drive on a tire that might not be safe to drive. After this lease is over I will be looking for a different dealership that has more of the family feel like Metro had which Victory does not seem to have. More

It's a story, but the house always wins. Purchased a used 2020 4-runner limited with 27k miles (certified). It started with the front bumper popping out. Within the 12-month warranty, I complained about the bumper popping out and they said sorry not our problem. I accepted the situation although very upset. But then other issues like seat belt bolt falling off, or missing weather stripping, or hidden touch-up paint spots. Now we are out of the 12-month warranty and millage and there is 300$ of weather stripping missing and the service department is like well too bad. They say its a common issue. (I have heard a lot that all my issues are common). And when I again mention the bumper clips they say well, should have come in earlier. 45k spent on a truck and having this many issues before 50k miles is unreal. When confronting the manager they hand you a car fax and remind you that you are out of warranty there was once minor damage to the front. With a smile on their faces, he did not or would not say it out loud but it's the look they give you that says it's your problem. Regarding the front bumper popping. What I want to say in response is that minor damage or not it was certified and had I known of the issue at purchase and that it would be a forever issue I never would have bought it. There is no easy fix. It's a 5k repair. Then the roof weather strips. There are several missing and 300$. I was told that a car wash could displace and again, it's common. I think it's xx. Remember the house always wins. Buying the car was great and easy. Toyota has a reputation for a reason. I expected more I guess. But sometimes it is not how you start but rather how you end that defines you. The service guy was great. He did his job. More
