I live I have purchased several cars/trucks over the years, but buying a Tacoma from Metro Toyota was one of the best dealerships I have worked with. I live in Northern California and started to research a well-equipped Tacoma and found a great Tacoma with a very good price at Metro Toyota. But, I wasn't able to buy as I had not sold my Dodge Ram. I was contacted by a salesperson named Darlene. I had written other agencies but Darlene kept writing me each day asking if I had sold my truck. I thought she was very good as he did not let go of my...the way the other agencies did. But then, I sold my truck and I was ready to buy. I contacted Metro and the truck was still for sale and I was to now talk with Aaron Andrews. I made an offer on the truck and they accepted my offer. I got a flight to Cleveland and Aaron said he would pick me up...and he did. And he was on time! And...the purchase went incredibly smooth. What amazed me was the fact that, even though they knew that they may never see me again, they still treated me like one of their local customers! Extremely professional, personal and respectful of my time. I was so impressed. You cannot go wrong buying from Metro Toyota. I Would buy from them in a heartbeat! Aaron, Darlene and the Finance manager (Can't remember his name) were easy and very personable to work with. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had when buying a car. You cannot go wrong with Metro Toyota. And if you can, try to work with Darlene and Aaron. They are first class people! More

Inventory and price! I liked filling out my loan app online, to save time at dealership! I saw online what I wanted, and was prepared prior to arriving. Maintenance update I called on a very cold winter day and asked to have the maintenance work done early. They were able to do the work early.
