He addressed all of the issues I was concerned with and also explained the improved features in the 2014.5 in terms I could understand. I also have always had a great experience with their service team. They are efficient, helpful and will take the time to explain things to you and best of all won't pressure you into fixing something you are not comfortable with. I got a top-notch car, for an excellent price-point, and they handled EVERY concern thoroughly and to my full satisfaction. My mechanic found some concerns on the vehicle and they replaced or repairs every one; additionally, they found more issues in their own inspection that my mechanic missed. They took initiative to replace/service those parts as well even though they could have saved money by ignoring them. I have had many bad experiences with dealers in the past; Metro Toyota and Cap are trustworthy and the best of the best! You will be glad you chose them! More

They are fantastic! I had an issue with another dealership that I've been going back and forth with them for two weeks now. I called and spoke to Ken yesterday, he had my problem fixed within twent dealership that I've been going back and forth with them for two weeks now. I called and spoke to Ken yesterday, he had my problem fixed within twenty-four hours!! Ken told me to talk to Bruce when I came I today; Bruce wasn't in. Not going to lie, I figured that this wasn't going to work out and that I would have to be left disappointed. Jeff (I really hope that he's name, he was my service writer) called Bruce and about four minutes later had everything taken care of. He kept me updated about the work being done to my car and even gave my son two toy cars since he was being so good while we waited; anyone with kids will understand that sitting for two hours at a car service department is tough with a two year old. Everything was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks again, I really truly appreciate you guys helping me out! I will recommend you and your dealership to everyone! We live a couple hours away (and out of state) and debated on purchasing a vehicle so far away (it meant taking our 3 small children with us as we were trading in our family vehicle), but the staff was so helpful and friendly we would not hesitate to return!
