Exceeded my expectations! I've been a long time Toyota owner and wasn't certain I was ready to trade in my current car; with 220K mikes. It was still going strong and I just knew I could get to 300K with it! It needed some minor body work from an incident and while it was in the shop having an estimate done I went to Subaru to test drive the "car of my dreams". I REALLY liked the Subaru but had such amazing luck and confidence in Toyota I decided to do my due diligence and go speak with them. I didn't really plan on getting a car. Sure, I considered it, but as I ended the day, I weighed my options and more-so, reflected on the sales strategies between the two dealerships. The other dealership refused to even show me the base model. Had me test drive the sporty, enhanced car and generally played THAT game with the young woman coming in to look at cars. Sorry, gentlemen...you might get away with strong arming some women. Not me. At Metro, I felt respected, validated and involved in the process. Ken took his time to make sure I was not only happy with my new car, but satisfied with the whole experience. Each Metro team member I spoke/worked with was great and while I suspect it will be awhile (maybe even 300K mikes) before I need a new car, I will certainly return to Metro and recommend them to all my friends and family. Honesty? Drive 4 hrs for an "extremely nice" "local trade" that was a personal friend of the mgr... Ad shows a nice truck, vague pics and no close ups. Truck had so much rust, the frame was flaking, fast repairs on the rockers show paint runs and overspray on everything. In the days of instant answers, I learned my lesson with this one. Thanks for living up to the used car salesman reputation. Now a long 4 hour drive home. More
