I took my mother to Metro Toyota to purchase a car. Seth Calig was fantastic! He was very pleasant and respectful of my elderly mother. Ascertained her wants and needs and recommended the Corolla. Seth took the time to show her the car's features before our test drive and again after purchase. The price was reasonable and he got a great trade-in amount for her old car. There was absolutely no pressure any time during the sale. Seth made the experience easy for my mother. We appreciate everything he did. We have issue with Jim Campo and the woman office manager he was training. When we went to sign the paperwork, she presented us with the extended warranties Toyota offers. As she did not identify them as the extended warranties at first, we thought they were part of the financing paperwork. When I realized what they were, I questioned as to whether they were necessary because we were purchasing a certified used vehicle that came with the standard Toyota warranty. She advised we needed to chose one. When I specifically asked the question, "Are you stating if we do not purchase an extended warranty, Toyota will not honor the standard warranty?", she said "yes"! Jim Campo did nothing to correct her. So, we got the cheapest package available. We of course found out later after signing all the paperwork that this was not true. Shame on you, Jim and "trainee", for misleading a customer. Would I go to Metro Toyota again to purchase a vehicle...yes! However, I'll stay clear of Jim Campo. More
Ken Novack was very helpful and made the whole leasing experience easy. Since I am from out of state and am here for school Ken worked with me to make sure my parents were happy as well as myself. The salesperson was helpful in choosing the Sienna we ultimately purchased. The final price was very competitive based on some research I had done and based on the past deals I had received on earlier T ultimately purchased. Another important benefit was being able to actually sell my old van to my son through the dealership. The trade-in price was established and then I was able to actually sell the van to my son at that price through the dealership. I got the tax benefit of the trade-in while getting the van to my son. The salesperson also handled getting some service work done to the trade-in van while it was at the dealership before my son stopped in to make the actual purchase. The overall experience was very good. More

I initally went to Toyota just to look around and get a feel of what car I may want to purchase in the near future, I didn't have intentions of buying at the moment. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Fanourakis that day and couldn't be happier with the all around service I recieved. To start off this employee was very plesant and friendly. He also was very knowledgable about the products and seemed to answer any questions or concerns I had about the vehiceles. When the time came for me to make a decision about purchasing the car Minas was not pushey like a typical "sales man", he gave me space to think about it and make my own decision that I was comfortble with. Minas also seemed to work well with his coworkers when getting the financing for my car taken care of. I feel that was one of the best experiences I've had wth a salesman ever. I was looking for a used car for my sons to drive because we had recently had to dispose of a car we had. I have owned other Toyotas and love the way they drive and their relability so I came to see Mike Fer we had recently had to dispose of a car we had. I have owned other Toyotas and love the way they drive and their relability so I came to see Mike Ferrett again after purchasing two Camrys last year. I knew from the previous experience dealing with Mike that he would help me find a car I would be happy with and I am. I ended up purchasing a 2007 Matrix and really are pleased with the car and the service that I have received from Mike during the purchase. I would recommend buying a new or used car from MetroToyota and Mike Ferrett. More
