I was contacted by a salesperson named Darlene. I had written other agencies but Darlene kept writing me each day asking if I had sold my truck. I thought she was very good as he did not let go of my...the way the other agencies did. But then, I sold my truck and I was ready to buy. I contacted Metro and the truck was still for sale and I was to now talk with Aaron Andrews. I made an offer on the truck and they accepted my offer. I got a flight to Cleveland and Aaron said he would pick me up...and he did. And he was on time! And...the purchase went incredibly smooth. What amazed me was the fact that, even though they knew that they may never see me again, they still treated me like one of their local customers! Extremely professional, personal and respectful of my time. I was so impressed. You cannot go wrong buying from Metro Toyota. I Would buy from them in a heartbeat!
