1200 mile check I reserved the time online. When I showed up and pulled in a young man came and checked me in and another took my car back for service. Waited 45 minu I reserved the time online. When I showed up and pulled in a young man came and checked me in and another took my car back for service. Waited 45 minutes and then someone came and told me the car was done. I have had nothing but excellent service from the staff at Metro Toyota and Toyota in general. I believe you have service nailed. I plan to buy this car or lease another from Metro Toyota. A smooth process I needed to replace my 98 Corolla after an unfortunate encounter with an SUV. I was completely stressed out in the aftermath of the accident, and I wa I needed to replace my 98 Corolla after an unfortunate encounter with an SUV. I was completely stressed out in the aftermath of the accident, and I was sure that the process of buying another car would only add to that stress. As it turned out, my trip to Metro Toyota had more of a calming effect. I went in to look at two 2015 Toyota Corollas that I researched online first. The free Carfax reports posted online were a major plus to me. Gary "Cap" Capper answered a few initial questions that I sent by email. Then when I went in for a test drive, he answered all my other questions clearly, without laughing! (It had been 18 years since I bought a car. There were a few new features I needed to learn about.) I was not pressured in any way to make a decision, which was a major change from my last car-buying experience, and much appreciated. I bought my certified 2015 Corolla LE at Metro two days later. Cap and others made the entire paperwork signing process nice and easy too, which was also greatly appreciated after a week of dealing with insurance claims from the accident. There were dealerships offering similar uncertified Corollas for less than Metro. And a part of me does wish I could have got just a little lower on the cost. But in the end, I decided that it was worth spending a little extra for the peace of mind that comes with having a like-new certified vehicle. I drove away feeling I got a very good deal. I would definitely recommend Metro to anyone else looking for a Toyota. More
