Bought brand new suv - great experience Worked with Ken Konopa for buying a brand new 4Runner. He was extremely easy to work with and gave little to no pressure to buy. I felt he was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time going over everything. Once we pinned down a price and trade value - he didn't stop the high level of customer service with walking me through all the details of my brand new SUV. They had it nicely detailed and made buying a new SUV a highly enjoyable experience. On the financing side, I came in pre-approved with a check in hand but let them try to beat my great rate. Ken Proctor was a rockstar and made one phone call to a partnered bank and successful beat the rate. Additionally, the financing process was no pressure to buy anything extra and he made it more conversational on what made the most sense. The only regret I have, was I didn't come to Metro months ago when we got my wife's Highlander. More

My 2018 RAV 4 purchase For the last year I contemplated purchasing a new vehicle with a style, size and options I felt were necessary. In 2017 I looked at the Rav 4 and foun For the last year I contemplated purchasing a new vehicle with a style, size and options I felt were necessary. In 2017 I looked at the Rav 4 and found it could not satisfy my requirements. So on January 31st., I really had no intention of purchasing a Toyota RAV 4 and even thought of looking at another make and model as a comparison. As I entered the showroom, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Sam Ibrahim. He listened to my situation and reviewed my options "wish list". He then showed me the Rav 4 on the showroom floor and went over its features. I found that it was nice, but not the one I felt I would purchase. He then suggested I look at an in-stock Limited model. The more he explained the options and specifics of the Limited, the more comfortable I felt working with him. Any questions or concerns I expressed were answered or explained. Once my test drive was over, we sat down to discuss a potential sale, I found Sam very easy to work with and willing to explain the purchase process and I decided to go ahead with the sale. Ken Proctor guided me through the many necessary documents and offered good advice when presenting additional optional programs. Once the paperwork was completed, Sam was there to see me off in my new Rav 4 with a promise to follow up and provide any additional support.
