2018 Camry I do not like to be pushed around when I am car shopping. Bought brand new suv - great experience Worked with Ken Konopa for buying a brand new 4Runner. He was extremely easy to work with and gave little to no pressure to buy. I felt he was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time going over everything. Once we pinned down a price and trade value - he didn't stop the high level of customer service with walking me through all the details of my brand new SUV. They had it nicely detailed and made buying a new SUV a highly enjoyable experience. On the financing side, I came in pre-approved with a check in hand but let them try to beat my great rate. Ken Proctor was a rockstar and made one phone call to a partnered bank and successful beat the rate. Additionally, the financing process was no pressure to buy anything extra and he made it more conversational on what made the most sense. The only regret I have, was I didn't come to Metro months ago when we got my wife's Highlander. More
