Robert Saponari, the salesman was exceptional in helping me move through the car buying process wit I purchased a vehicle from Metro Toyota recently. Robert Saponari, the salesman was exceptional in helping me move through the car buying process with as little angst as possible. He was patient & considerate, providing information & education that made the decision an easier one. Robert addressed all issues & concerns proactively & made the entire process go smoothly, without a hitch. When I picked up my new vehicle, he spent much time going over the nuances of my new car with me. I felt safe, secure & confident driving my new car off the lot. In this age. when customer service & satisfaction seems to be of little importancer to salespeople, it was a refreshing experience. More salespeople should be like Robert!! More
Not good. The service department employees were unfriendly, unsmiling, not happy to be there and looked right through you. I would go anywhere else but there. Gary Capper at Metro Toyota is always wonderful even when your miles away, he's a phone call away. Recently was in an accident and totaled my car. Capper was a phone call away and got the ball rolling when I gave him a call and said I saw a 4runner I was interested in on the website. Worked to ensure everything was completed before I arrived at the dealer. All that was left was the final teat drive, sign all the final paperwork, and drive away!! Metro has been wonderful both times I've bought a vehicle from them. Capper is your guy to see! -Meg More

Once I decided that I was going to buy it, I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. Usually delivery can take hours! I love working with Dan and his staff! More
7th vehicle purchased at Metro Toyota This is the 7th vehicle we have purchased at Metro Toyota. For six of the purchases, Chad Higgins was our salesman. He is an excellent salesperson. This is the 7th vehicle we have purchased at Metro Toyota. For six of the purchases, Chad Higgins was our salesman. He is an excellent salesperson. He always took as much time as was needed with us. He is professional as well as personable. The last vehicle we purchased, Chad is now Sales Manager so he hooked us up with Gary “Cap” Capper. Gary is a great salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and courteous. He was laid back and not pushy at all. Any question I had, he answered. The only issue I have with my “new to me” 2015 RAV4 XLE is the clock is nice and bright as long as my headlights are off, but as soon as I turn the headlights on, the clock dims so much, I can’t even see it. I took it back in and they made it brighter, but I found out, the clock is only bright as long as I do not turn my headlights on. Other than that issue, I am very happy with Metro Toyota, and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I also would recommend Gary “Cap” Capper as a sales man. More

My son in college needed a new car so we went to Metro and picked out a nice certified pre-owned This is about the sixth car I’ve bought from Metro. My son in college needed a new car so we went to Metro and picked out a nice certified pre-owned Corolla. Cap was great to work with and actively involved my son in the process. Didn’t treat my son like a kid but as a young adult Moving up into adult responsibilities. Cap was helpful in recommending which of the Corollas would suit us best and took the time to listen. I bought the prior cars from Chad, and told him we’d be on our way over. Chad arranged for Cap to help us and stopped by to see that everything was going smoothly. I explained to my son why it’s good to establish a relationship with people who do a good job and to stick with them. Jim did the financing and set it up so my son can start to build credit. He, like Cap, treated my son as an adult and was helpful in explaining the process to him and how it all works. More
