Oops! We forgot to check the overnight box!! I scheduled my appointment for Friday 2/16 at 7:45am and stated I would drop the car off overnight. I received email and text notification regarding I scheduled my appointment for Friday 2/16 at 7:45am and stated I would drop the car off overnight. I received email and text notification regarding the appointment. While at work Friday I received no call and when I checked at the end of the day, they could not find a record of my service call. I informed them of when the car had been dropped off and keys placed in drop box. After apparently checking the box they find my keys. Too late to do any service on vehicle so I wait an extra day without my car. Service was completed as expected and no charge for oil change due to the inconvenience. I have used this dealer and service center for many years and several vehicles. I hope this is not a sign of things to come in the way of customer service. If I can get multiple notifications of the scheduled appointment and request for a survey afterwards, why can't they check if a vehicle has arrived as scheduled. More

I came in feeling anxious and apprehensive about going in a dealer after I've had bad experiences in the past but SAM IB This dealership is top notch! I came in feeling anxious and apprehensive about going in a dealer after I've had bad experiences in the past but SAM IBRAHIM at METRO TOYOTA went above and beyond to make sure I left with a vehicle that day and he worked with a price I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on picking 2018 RAV4 the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! My father had accompanied me to the dealer as well and they actually changed my father's vehicle's oil and checked everything for him while we waited for paper works. My finance person was JIM Campos and patiently explained everything about each paper work I needed to sign. SAM took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend METRO TOYOTA!! More
