Excellent experience. Gary “Cap” Capper is very knowledgeable of his inventory. We were treated with respect and it seemed that he went out of his way to help us. Metro Brookpark Really Cares Recently I was in a major car accident. When entering Metro Toyota I was greeted at the door by a friendly smiling face, Brad B. Got a better deal than expected! Went in looking at the Camry LE, and got a Camry SE. We had to work the deal over two days, and I found an online offer that helped with the price, bu Went in looking at the Camry LE, and got a Camry SE. We had to work the deal over two days, and I found an online offer that helped with the price, but the dealership offered us an upgrade from the LE to the SE; that we did not expect. The car was ready at pick-up (and they had been really busy that Sat.), gassed up and even prettier with the upgraded rims and interior. We have only had the car for two days, but my husband seems happy with this vehicle and the overall experience. Another dealership tried to get us a similar deal, but it was not as good as Metro's offer on price point and the model upgrade. We are going to tell our friends and families about Metro for their next car purchases. Thank you, Robert, for all of your help. More
