Excellent Customer Service We used the internet to find and purchase a newer used car, even though we live in another state 200 miles away. We checked the Carfax and had a local Brookpark, OH mechanic check the vehicle over. Since we were transferring money and arranging an out of State purchase, the reliability of the dealership was an extremely important factor in arranging this purchase. We saw that Metro Toyota had good reviews. The sales person we dealt with was great. He answered all of our questions promptly and took care of all the details. We traveled there, signed the papers, and drove away with our beautiful almost new car. It was a great experience dealing with all the nice people at the dealership. More
