Amazing staff and easiest car buying experience EVER! On Tuesday I put out a search for a 2016 VW EOS and there were only a handful available across the US! I’m from Cincinnati and was elated to find one just 3hrs north at Metro Toyota. I called in a panic hoping they still had the car. My first contact was Darlene who said “I’m staring right at it on the show room floor”. She asked if I was serious and I said “Absolutely!” So she then took swift action and handed me over to Ryan. He had a quote to me the next morning and the price was fair (actually it was awesome considering the car had 9k miles on it). We drove to Cleveland on Saturday and was greeted immediately by Ryan...and behind him, there was my car, still on the show room floor! I loved seeing it on the show room floor!! We were in and out with nothing but smiles from everyone! This is my 3rd car purchase in 2yrs and by far the best! Thank you so much Ryan & Darlene at Metro! A trip to your usual car place for a car check (which usually features less than what Metro Toyota did for me) used to take me an hour-hour and a half. They also have a fantastic lounge to wait in with complementary snacks, coffee, and water. If you have kids, they have a very nice playroom, as well. My family has purchased cars at Metro Toyota for decades and I recently purchased my first Metro Toyota car, which was an amazing experience compared to other car dealerships I have dealt with. Now I am impressed once again, this time by their service center. I could not say enough great things about this dealership! More
