Bought a Used Toyota Rav4 My wife and I recently purchased a used, 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Metro Toyota. Ryan, our salesman, was excellent from start to finish. I bought my fi My wife and I recently purchased a used, 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Metro Toyota. Ryan, our salesman, was excellent from start to finish. I bought my first car, a 1980 Toyota Celica, from the original Metro Toyota which was located on Lorain Ave. Anyhow, this is my 2nd used Rav4 that I purchased in the past year. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of both cars. The cars might have been detailed when they arrived at the lot, but I think that was it. Both cars had some dust to be found on the inside and certainly nothing like Armorall was used as a protectant for the finish. Also, some dust and 'dirt' in the compartments (cup holder on the console, and in the doors). I thought a better cleaning could have been done just before we picked up both vehicles. More

Courteous but ineffective I was told that I will have to live with the loud squeal of my brakes after the car has sat in the rain for a while.
