Room for improvement My oil light came on the car but was not due for an oil change according to the last Toyota oil change I had a few months back I still head over 2000 My oil light came on the car but was not due for an oil change according to the last Toyota oil change I had a few months back I still head over 2000 miles to go before needing an oil change. Explain this to the person In the maintenance department was told I could pay $99 to have them look into this. I felt that was unfair in too much and just ask them could you please just check and see if there is oil in the car and if the oil light comes on again. I am disabled and 66 years old and cannot do that or I would have done it myself. The reply was there was absolutely no oil in the car they could not explain why. There's no leaks the car is kept in the garage & I do not drive long distances. The same thing happened a couple years ago, oil was being used up much before it was due to be changed. More

1st Used Car Purchase I worked with Gary "cap" Capper who was just amazing. So kind, and patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel instantly comfortable. When he allowe I worked with Gary "cap" Capper who was just amazing. So kind, and patient and knowledgeable. He made me feel instantly comfortable. When he allowed me to chose through different models and test drive - he brought up 3 different cars for me, before I made my choice. He then handed me off to Jim Campo the Business Manager for financing who was equally as good. Jim encourages to get the extended warranty that I appreciated. I tend to keep my cars a long time, and to know I have this extended coverage is great. More
