No problem the service provider came over immediately and updated my phone to the car. He was very polite and extremely courteous! outstanding service by MT I had an issue with my rear brakes ( rubbing - metal contact) come up on my return business trip from Pittsburgh on Saturday. I had a planned business I had an issue with my rear brakes ( rubbing - metal contact) come up on my return business trip from Pittsburgh on Saturday. I had a planned business trip for late Monday afternoon to Toledo. I called the MT service department at 8:00 am, talked to Maggie on Monday and explained my circumstances . She told me to come right in without an appointment, they would get me in and they fixed my problem . I was on my way back home by 11:30 with my car handling like brand new with time to get prepared for my trip later in the day. I have always received excellent service from MT and recognize the value of having certified Toyota Professionals servicing my car especially from the outstanding team at Metro Toyota . More
