Oil change with three kids in tow I’ve been to several Toyota dealers in the Cleveland area comparing customer service and the overall service experience and I must say that Metro Toyo I’ve been to several Toyota dealers in the Cleveland area comparing customer service and the overall service experience and I must say that Metro Toyota surpassed the others in various aspects. We have three small children that I had to bring along with me for the oil change in our Lexus and this dealership has a very kid friendly environment. They actually have a kids room (some what soundproof) with toys etc to keep kids entertained. We were there a little over an hour but the wait was not stressful, how it could be at other locations at times. They have an area with complimentary coffee and pastries as well. The price for the oil change was also great, full synthetic for $50. Great job to the Toyota team! More

When I picked it up it had 14055 miles. But it’s kind of strange that the paper work said 14044 miles in and 14044 miles out. They Dinometer test the truck or someone went for a joy ride. Picking the truck up took too long specially when it should be an in and out. After all that’s the reason I took it the day prior. I’m satisfied with the services and the convenience of how close is to my house. More
