Poor Customer Service After recently leasing my 2nd car from Metro, I received a $1,000 bill from Toyota Financial Services for wear and tear on the first car I leased. At After recently leasing my 2nd car from Metro, I received a $1,000 bill from Toyota Financial Services for wear and tear on the first car I leased. At no time during the negotiations process was it brought to my attention that Metro did not inspect the car. Furthermore, after speaking with the salesperson after receiving the bill, he stated I could have arranged for a pre-inspection at my home. This would have been nice to know as I would have purchased the care out of my lease or had the repairs done myself. He also mentioned that they state that an inspection would take place on the car I was turning in...this did not occur. During the negotiating process, I told the salesperson that I had some dings on the car and he said that's normal wear and tear. After verifying the odometer, he did not tell me that the car looked like it could incur some charges. This would have been the right thing to do. It seems to me that Metro is more interested in closing a deal than extending some common courtesy and customer service to its customers. So now I'm out $1,000 because nobody at Metro wanted to be upfront with me before I signed papers. Thanks a lot Metro and Toyota, I won't be recommending either of you again. More

This visit took care of my issue. I had been hearing a dronning sound when I drove my car. Made an appointment earlier and was told it was my tires. This visit the tech really looked into it and found that my front right wheel bearing was in need of replacement. Fixed and drove home without the noise. I always have good service but sometimes it takes a couple of visits to solve the issue. More

Brake rotor I came in for a 30000 miles check up the oil was change tire rotated. The sales rep came in and said generally the car was find the breaks were ok, bu I came in for a 30000 miles check up the oil was change tire rotated. The sales rep came in and said generally the car was find the breaks were ok, but the one rotor need to be adjusted and cleaned. And that would cost 60 dollars. Of course I said no. I never heard of a rotor that needed to be adjusted or cleaned. I heard of replacing or turning when having a break job. I also think I was scam in buying a tire at my 20000 mile check up when the service tech claimed that there was a foreign object on the side of the tire which ment the tire was unrepairable. More
