Great service I bought a Rav4 at Metro and the sales person I dealt with was Cap. When I got there the car was ready to look at and take a test drive. Cap was not I bought a Rav4 at Metro and the sales person I dealt with was Cap. When I got there the car was ready to look at and take a test drive. Cap was not a high pressure sales person, which I liked and he explained everything on the car to my understanding. I then took it for a test drive. I had already had my bank approve my loan and had money down. I decided that I wanted to purchase the car. I put some money down on the car. I then came back on Friday and picked the car up. Cap made sure the car was ready to go, he assisted me with sinking my phone, put my plates on the car, and off I went. Even now there are a couple little things that are wrong with the car and he is willing to assist me with it. I really like this car and was pleased with the great service I received. Excellent Sales Help From Ramona Plumlee!! I assisted my father-in-law to complete his lease and to start a new one. He is 85 years old and expressed to me that he is often made to feel rushed I assisted my father-in-law to complete his lease and to start a new one. He is 85 years old and expressed to me that he is often made to feel rushed and gets lost in the details regarding negotiating the terms of a lease. He was anxious and wanted to make sure he was getting a good deal. Ramona was excellent!! Exceedingly kind and patient and answered all of his questions carefully and made sure he understood everything. Every time he spoke she gave him her undivided attention and truly put him at ease. The vehicle he wanted was not available in the color he wanted, rather than having to wait for it the generous sales team offered an upgraded model on the lot that he gladly accepted! Ramona then took the time to review all the features and made sure that all his questions have been answered. He left very happy thanks to the excellent service and will definitely be a return customer! I will happily share this great experience with all friends that are new car shopping!
