I’m so very happy that Metro Toyota was the first call I made. They were so nice over the phone and even better in person. I was nervous because I hadn’t purchased a new car since 2009 and I was also going to a different manufacturer. Everyone I dealt with were so helpful and I immediately relaxed. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful Ramona was. She was patient, kind, helpful and I didn’t feel pressured or manipulated. I am not a hugger, but I hugged her twice. She made the experience of buying a new car effortless and enjoyable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car. This is my first Toyota but definitely not my last. More

When we purchased our 2018 Black Currant, RAV4 Limited AWD with Advanced Technology Package, he took the time to explain, demonstrate and set up to our needs every possible setting in the package!
