Barry Greenfield was also very helpful in the sale of the car to us. Pat and Barry were able to facilitate a dealer trade to allow me to get the Corolla XLE in the color that I wanted, and when it came back to Metro Toyota with a scratch, they offered to have it painted over for free. Jeremy McClish helped us with the financial aspects of the purchase and was also very knowledgeable and thorough. Overall great car buying experience! More

On the new car buying side, it felt a little bit overly competitive, though I suppose that is the nature of the beast. Gary "CAP" Capper: He was pleasant to deal with, competent, capable and at all times I feel he trusted me to do right by him and vice versa. I also feel he was very accommodating and helpful, but not overly pushy or forceful to buy. In fact during my first visit he suggested we go home and wait till all of our insurance paperwork from a previous accident was finalized before I committed to a vehicle. I'm sure part of that was so I didn't tie up a car that he could potentially sell, but it also left us to do more research on what we really wanted to buy which was very helpful. Jim Campo: This guys a pro, super helpful, knows his business inside and out. Can’t say enough good things about him. That said he’s a salesman and he will definitely try to upsell some services. But in the end a lot of the services he "suggested" were actually reasonably priced and had a good value and I have no regrets purchasing those services he suggested. It’s all part of the car buying experience to get what you want and don't want. But in the end I feel he helped me leave with what I needed. When I get another “new to me” car, I would definitely come back to these guys and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get a car from a couple of straight shooters with car selling written all over them. Regular scheduled service. I had regular service schedule. The person that checked me in said I would be first in line and said it would take about an hour - I had another appt I had regular service schedule. The person that checked me in said I would be first in line and said it would take about an hour - I had another appt scheduled and had it actually been an hour or hour 15 it would have been fine. However, an hour and a half later I was still waiting. By that time I’d missed my other appt that had been scheduled weeks in advance. To add salt to the wound, when I got my car back the tires and brakes hadn’t even been checked. And, the only thing that was offered by the employee is “I’m sorry, there’s nothing I can do about it.” When I finally did see my car being pulled around to the front - The young man gets out and visits with 2 different people on his way to drop the keys off with the person that was to check me out. I have been getting car stuff done at Metro since I moved here and things started out great! Now it seems like all the employees are depressed or just don’t care. More
