Wonderful!!! I went in to trade 2017 to either buy it or get another (I thought I knew wanted). After talking to Robert, and trying out cars he had me try the Coro I went in to trade 2017 to either buy it or get another (I thought I knew wanted). After talking to Robert, and trying out cars he had me try the Corolla 2020. It was a dream!!!! I leased it & Robert showed & made sure I knew how to/& use all the new gadgets. Impressed and Satisfied I was impressed even before entering the showroom. I had been previewing SUV’s on line when Mac from Metro texted me and asked if he could be of help I was impressed even before entering the showroom. I had been previewing SUV’s on line when Mac from Metro texted me and asked if he could be of help. He answered several questions and those he couldn’t he got the information and answered me almost immediately. I was greeted by a gentleman, unfortunately I don’t recall his name, who I assume, maybe incorrectly, was the manager. He called Mac and the young man explained his position but took the time to get someone to work with me. Ramona was friendly and courteous and fielded all my questions and concerns. I can’t express how grateful I am for the treatment I received. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the numbers Ramona took my concerns to the powers that be and I was able to get the terms I required for closing the deal on a RAV4 LXE. I would recommend Metro Toyota to others. More

Greatest dealership experience ever! My fiance was in a car wreck and totalled his car so he was in a bind and needed a new car asap. He didn't have a lot of established credit so he was My fiance was in a car wreck and totalled his car so he was in a bind and needed a new car asap. He didn't have a lot of established credit so he was having a hard time getting approved. We went and saw Tony at Metro and he made an incredibly stressful situation such a breeze! He got my fiance into the exact car he wanted and the entire Metro Toyota team helped make everything possible. Words cannot describe how amazing of an experience it was working with everyone at that dealership and we owe a HUGE thank you to Tony for making what seemed like an impossible situation possible. Metro Toyota isn't just a dealership they are like a family and wanting to welcome their customers into that family. The owner was very friendly and inviting. no one listened to our description of problem Either someone didn't tell him what our problem was but it costs me over $100 for no results. I was told it was fixed, paid, got in the car and was still a dead instrument panel which is exactly our description of the problem. I feel no one read our description. We would reset a fuse, it would work and then not work. He reset some pins and thought he fixed it.....he just did what we did but it cost me money for nothing More
