Overall positive We went in already knowing what car we wanted and the dealer worked well with us to get us what we were looking for. The only negative might be that we feel they didn't put in more effort to locate a RAV XLE without a premium package to offer as an alternative to the LE that we ended up buying. In addition to working with Tony, I also worked with Christopher Lombardo, with trading in my Toyota Corolla, he was efficient, fair, and helpful. When you are buying a new car, it can be stressful, nerve-wracking, and overwhelming!
