Everyone was excellent from start to finish at Meyro Toyota. Darlene set up my appt right away. Cap was knowledgeable and entertaining to work with. Bob got me squared away with a loan. Mis representation of services I recently bought a used car from Metro Toyota. One of the reason I chose them was there promise of “free maintenance for a year”. Well, that's not ex I recently bought a used car from Metro Toyota. One of the reason I chose them was there promise of “free maintenance for a year”. Well, that's not exactly true. I now know that what I was told was at least a misrepresentation of what is really offered and at worst a complete lie to get me to buy a car. What is really offered is free oil change and tire rotation. NOT maintenance. (Yes I know those two items are maintenance items but not close to the required maintenance schedule.) Okay so be it. So now it's time for the oil change and tire rotation. I make an appointment two weeks in advance for 8:00AM I show up at 7:50 for my 8:00 appointment and when I get registered in I ask how long will it they? They said they “should” be able to get started on it around 9:30 AM. When I said I had an appointment for 8:00 and it should be started now they just said something to the effect of sorry that's the best we can do. Then I said Okay, I'll bring it back at 9:30 and they said they couldn't do that and if I left I would have to make a new appointment..first available is in two weeks. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer as they make promises they know they will not keep. More

I traveled from Detroit to Cleveland to test drive a car in the pouring rain, but it was worth it! I was immediately impressed with how impeccably clean and well-detailed the car was that I tested and eventually bought. A job well done by porters!!! The salesperson I worked with was Gary "Cap" Capper. He went above and beyond to provide me with information, and followed-up with me every step of the 350 mile round trip drive I made to make the purchase. Cap answered all of my questions...put my mind at ease...and was just a genuinely cool human! What I truly enjoyed about Cap, aside from his quick wit and depth of knowledge, was his down to earth demeanor and integrity. I did a ton of research before I made this purchase and Cap was spot-on with everything I spoke with him about regarding the car. Furthermore, it took less than 30 minutes to sign the paperwork with Bob, trade-in my old car, review the new car, and drive off with a check in my hand for the trade-in, my new car, and a great big smile on my face! I love my new 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid! Thank you Cap and rest of the team at Metro Toyota for doing an outstanding job. More
Confusing I changed oil (synthetic one) there and it supposed to last one year or 10,000 miles. Great place but wonder if it’s starting to decline. Love going here but feel like the service is starting to decline. I was told to be there @ 5:45 and got there @ 5:00pm. At 6:20 they we’re closing the place and I was sitting in the dark with no clue if my car was done. My rep saw I was there but didn’t say anything to me or call my phone. I was appreciate that a nice cashier was able to assist me but I was totally flabbergasted. My partner has an awful experience with them too after I referred him there and after this, I’m not sure I will go back. More
