I got the car back and the issue was not fixed at all. Took it back in and was told what is causing the vibration is the transmission torgue converter , and quess what? It's covered by Toyota extended warranty. I have requested a refund for the misdiagnosis only to be blown off by the service manager who promised to get back to me. More

She called the next day to say it was back in inventory. Dan Schneider was gracious when he greeted us at the dealership. We then had the good fortune to be helped by salesman Gary "Cap" Capper. Not only was he friendly, approachable, and funny, he knew the answer to every mechanical and technical question we had about the Niro. Cap even offered to drive the car to our mechanic down the road for a pre-purchase inspection while I was at work the following day (which he did). Bob handled the final paperwork with a professional, honest manner. Car buying should always be this easy, fun, and low pressure. Thanks everyone at Metro Toyota! More
