Since the sell of Metro to Victory the customer service is not like it use to be. Not sure if I would sent my friends here. I have the tire protection plan and called to get an earlier appointment and th is not like it use to be. Not sure if I would sent my friends here. I have the tire protection plan and called to get an earlier appointment and the service person could have cared less if I came in today or tomorrow or never to get it repaired basically. She told me that I had an appointment scheduled and held the phone and did not offer an earlier time for service. I was use to the great service of Metro getting me in ASAP for repairs and not wanting me to drive on a tire that might not be safe to drive. After this lease is over I will be looking for a different dealership that has more of the family feel like Metro had which Victory does not seem to have. More
