I took my truck in to get a recall done on it through this dealership. When I dropped of my truck. It was working as it should, but when I tried to pick it up, I was informed that the engine has seized, this dealership. When I dropped of my truck. It was working as it should, but when I tried to pick it up, I was informed that the engine has seized, and it was no longer running. The dealership didn’t want to take responsibility for it. The service manager was rude snd demeaning. I informed Toyota corporate of the situation, they requested to dealership to call me back and rectify the situation on several occasions, but they didn’t call me back! Horrible customer service!! Ramona was just the best at explaining details of my new car! She was just simply awesome! I did call and leave a message to the service dept yesterday and they have yet to contact me. I had the automatic start put on and I’m not sure if there’s a way to make that flashing blue light to stop flashing or if that’s just the way the system works.
